The Card Capsule Show Finder ("Show Finder," "we," "us") is a free directory of card shows operated by Card Capsule. This policy explains what information we collect when you use shows.cardcapsule.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
The Show Finder does not require an account and does not sell anything. The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us:
- Show submissions. When you submit a show, we collect the show details you enter and the email address you provide so we can follow up about your listing.
- Reviews. When you leave a review, we collect your rating, comment, and any name you choose to display.
Please don't include sensitive personal information in submissions or reviews. Reviews and show details you submit may be shown publicly on the site once approved.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and approximate region for security and analytics. The interactive map uses map tiles served by OpenStreetMap/CARTO, and if you use "Shows near me" your browser will ask permission before sharing your location — that location is used only in your browser to center the map and is not stored by us.
How we use information
- To publish approved shows and reviews in the directory.
- To contact you about a show you submitted.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Show Finder.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run the site, including our database and hosting providers and mapping services. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or remove a show listing or review you submitted, or to delete the email address associated with a submission, by contacting us at info@cardcapsule.com.
Children
The Show Finder is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
